EDULAB STUDIO PRIVACY POLICY

We take you and your children's  privacy safety seriously. The below explains how we protect your privacy and how we operate.

PURCHASING OUR APP

We sell our app via Google Play only. Your transactions when you purchase from Google Play is stored with Google Play and not with us. We receive no personal information about your purchase or you when you buy the app from the Play store or use in-app purchases, we do not store any personal information related to purchases made by our users.

IMAGE CONTENT USAGE

Images may be uploaded for the sole purpose of app usage and must not contain any adult content. It is prohibited to publish content for adults only, like images with sexual content or images of extreme violence. If found, user may be blocked or permanently loose access to account.

APP DATA  COLLECTION

We do not collect any personal information of any kind while using the app or when not in use at all.

Our app either paid or free, requires no login details and does not collect any personal information of any sort to access the app. 

PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

(1) No personal and sensitive user data requirement.

(2) No requirement of any personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phone-book, contacts, device location, SMS and call related data, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data in the app entirely.

(3) We do not and are not involved in selling of personal or sensitive user data of any kind. 

USAGE

No internet link features within our app that may take you to other sites or products not related to the safety of the app and users other than a link to our Google drive where you can download the shows, plays or episodes for offline usage.

You can only subscribe monthly or yearly to sections using Google Play in-app purchase depending on which plan suits you better.

We only have our support email within the app for contact at any time.

Some videos are offline, some require an internet connection.

In-app adverts are present in our app and we don't track any progress within our apps for the purpose of displaying advertisement.

APP CONTENT

· The app contains social functions, like chats, with the objective users can share information.

· Consequently, the app can ask the user to enter personal data such as pictures or birthday.

· These personal data are displayed to other users of the app. These data aren't shared with any other entity or third organizations.

· Users can delete their personal data using the link for that purpose that exists in the user profile options in the app.

· It's prohibited to publish content for adults only, like images with sexual content or images of extreme violence.

· We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, browsing activity, location and other technical data relating to your device, in order to provide advertisements.

The app is full of stories, shows, tales displayed in animated video format and another section to read written stories in text format.

All of which can be enjoyed by whoever is using the app or can be used as a tool to tell or read out stories to young children by an older person.

All app content is appropriate for both children and adults of any age group.

CHILDREN'S CONFIDENTIALITY

No personal information of any kind is collected. All videos and stories are appropriate for all age groups.
